You will be notified via email if any of the items you ordered are no longer available or back ordered. Backordered items may be cancelled at any time without incurring a restocking fee if the item(s) have not yet shipped. Items that are no longer available will be removed from order.

All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors on our website or on other websites such as shopping engines.
Cancellation Policy
Because many of the items we offer are 'special order' items, we charge the customer when an order is placed. We then must order the products from the manufacturer or supplier. The process of pulling the items from a warehouse and preparing them for shipment begins immediately after an order is placed. Because most of our suppliers charge a 15% restock fee* on cancelled orders, or returns; we must pass that charge on to you if you cancel your order after placing it with us. WE CHARGE 15% RESTOCK FEE* on ALL cancelled orders. There is a minimum $5.00 restock fee on any order that has been placed then cancelled. Closeout/discontinued items
All closeout/discontinued items are final sale and are not returnable/exchangeable. This will be noted on the item's page at the time of purchase.
Missing/Defective/Damaged Goods
We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any missing, defective or damaged goods. Please keep all original packaging of any item damaged in shipment for inspection. No refunds will be given on damage claims. Replacement with identical item only.
Warranty Claims
We will assist with warranty issues; however, all warranty issues are the ultimate responsibility of the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer policy and/or processing.
Return & Exchange Policy
All returns & exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#) provided by us and a copy of the invoice. Return Authorization can be requested ONLINE.
